Cancellation and Refund Policy

Snacks & Sweets India, We providing very best quality and first class traditional snacks online, Tamilnadu and overall India . The service enables you to browse through the snacksandsweets.In website and select the Items you would like to buy and the same is physically delivered to you at your registered address.

Refundable Deposit

Orders can be cancelled if the Items have not already been shipped. To cancel, please email us at info@snacksandsweets.in
A book can be returned if a customer is not satisfied with the same. However the Items need to be returned immediately after receipt with an email mentioning the reason to info@snacksandsweets.in. The amount paid towards that book would be immediately refunded back to you through the means of electronic funds transfer after deducting any courier charges.
If there are any damages to Items, the cost of the Items is deducted from the refundable deposit.
While we take utmost care to ensure that Items that are delivered are in good condition, in the unlikely event of Items being received in damaged condition, the same can be returned to us and a full refund will be made to the customer. On receipt of damaged Items, the same need to be sent to us with a mail to info@snacksandsweets.in.
